Free Local Delivery
Mapel Boutique offers free local delivery for web orders on Mondays & Thursdays! Delivery area includes: Lake Oswego, West Linn, Oregon City, Wilsonville, Sherwood, Tigard, Tualatin, Beaverton, Portland, Camas and East Vancouver. Place your order by 11am on Monday and you’ll receive your order at your doorstep later that day! Orders placed after 12pm on Monday will be delivered on Thursday. Place your order by 12pm on Thursday and you’ll receive your order later that day. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Some holiday exceptions, please check Mapel Boutique’s Instagram and Facebook pages for updates.
For our customers outside of local delivery areas, Mapel Boutique offers free shipping. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. When available a tracking number will be supplied. Orders typically ship within 3 days of receipt.
Free In Store & Curbside Pick Up
Local in store and curbside pick up is also available at all locations. If you’d like to us to bring your order out to you, just give your pick up location a call when you are parked outside.

Returns & Exchanges
Mapel Boutique wants to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Full price products purchased in-store or online may be returned within 10 days of purchase/delivery. Return tender will be as per original form of payment (cash, credit, gift, etc.) All items must be in new/unworn condition with tags attached.
In-store or online purchases of full price product that have exceeded 10 days, but are returned within 30 days will be issued store credit in the same amount. Store credit does not expire and can be used at any locations.
Online purchases may be returned to any of our five locations. If you live outside of our local area and need to ship your product back, please mail your return to:

Upon receipt of your return (with the original receipt) a customer service representative process your refund. We understand that shipping times can be unpredictable these days, but we ask that you return any unwanted full-price merchandise as close to the ten day purchase window as possible. If your return as exceed two weeks since receipt store credit may be issued.
