What are Mapel's return and exchange policies?

***Holiday Return/Exchange Policy***
RETURNS are allowed on full price products purchased in store or online within TEN (10) DAYS of purchase or receipt. Return tender will be in the form of original payment. EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT on items purchased from 11/8/23 - 12/31/23 is allowed through 1/31/24. An original or gift receipt is required on ALL holiday returns or exchanges. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Promotional discounted items qualify for exchange or store credit only.

 

Standard Return/Exchange Policy

Mapel Boutique wants to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Full price products purchased in-store or online may be returned within 10 days of purchase/delivery. Return tender will be as per original form of payment (cash, credit, gift, etc.) All items must be in new/unworn condition with tags attached.


In-store or online purchases of full price product that have exceeded 10 days, but are returned within 30 days will be issued store credit in the same amount. Store credit does not expire and can be used at any locations. 

 

Online Purchases

Online purchases may be returned to any of our five locations.  If you live outside of our local area and need to ship your product back, please mail your return to:

Upon receipt of your return (with the original receipt) a customer service representative will contact you to issue money or store credit back. 

All Sale items are FINAL SALE.

 


What methods of payment does Mapel accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and Apple Pay. In addition we accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Facebook Pay online.

 


What options does Mapel offer for shipping and delivery?

Free Local Delivery

Mapel Boutique offers free local delivery for web orders on Mondays & Thursdays!  Delivery area includes: Lake Oswego, West Linn, Oregon City, Wilsonville, Sherwood, Tigard, Tualatin, Beaverton, Portland, Camas and East Vancouver.  Place your order by 12pm on Monday and you’ll receive your order at your doorstep later that day!  Orders placed after 12pm on Monday will be delivered on Thursday.  Place your order by 12pm on Thursday and you’ll receive your order later that day.  Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.  Some holiday exceptions, please check Mapel Boutique’s Instagram and Facebook pages for updates. 

 

Free Shipping

For our customers outside of local delivery areas, Mapel Boutique offers free First Class and Priority Ground Shipping. When available a tracking number will be supplied. Orders typically ship within 3 days of receipt.

 


What are Mapel's store hours?

Mapel Boutique’s standard store hours are Monday through Saturday 11am to 7pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm.  The Lake Oswego location seasonal hours are 10am to 7pm on Saturdays.  These hours are subject to change and it is always best to refer to Mapel Boutique’s Instagram and/or Facebook pages @mapelboutique for the most up to date information.

 


What kind of personal shopping services does Mapel Boutique offer?

At Mapel Boutique you have the choice of scheduling a personal styling appointment in-store or via our remote shopping experience, Marke, by Mapel Boutique. In-store or remote styling appointments may be made by text or by calling 971-808-8650 or by emailing stylist@mapelboutique.com.

Marke, by Mapel Boutique, is the shopping experience you didn't know you were missing. With an expert team of personal stylists, we bring the boutique shopping experience conveniently to you. Whether it's at the office, in the school pick up line, or while making dinner, an appointment with Marke fits into your busy lifestyle.

Using FaceTime, text, email and phone communication, we're available when you need to shop for that upcoming interview, vacation or special event. Marke is also available anytime you just need a wardrobe refresh or advice on how to style your current closet.

What is Mapel Boutique’s ‘Give Back’ program?

At Mapel Boutique community is a priority and we strive to serve our local community by offering our Mapel Gives Back program. We invite you to book a private shopping event to raise funds for your non-profit group. We’ll provide drinks and snacks and the best part is that 20% of sales for all full-price merchandise from the event will be donated to your organization!
