Returns & Exchanges

***Holiday Return/Exchange Policy***

RETURNS are allowed on full price products purchased in store or online within TEN (10) DAYS of purchase or receipt. Return tender will be in the form of original payment. EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT on items purchased from 11/8/23 - 12/31/23 is allowed through 1/31/24. An original or gift receipt is required on ALL holiday returns or exchanges. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Promotional discounted items qualify for exchange or store credit only.

Standard Return/Exchange Policy

Full price products purchased in-store or online may be returned within 10 days of purchase/delivery. Return tender will be as per original form of payment (cash, credit, gift, etc.) All items must be in new/unworn condition with tags attached.

In-store or online purchases of full price product that have exceeded 10 days, but are returned within 30 days will be issued store credit in the same amount. Store credit does not expire and can be used at any locations. 


Online Purchases

Online purchases may be returned to any of our five locations.  If you live outside of our local area and need to ship your product back, please mail your return to:

Upon receipt of your return (with the original receipt) a customer service representative will issue money (within 10 days of return shipment) or store credit (within 30 days of return shipment.) All sales are final after 30 days.
