Mapel Boutique wants to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Full price products purchased in-store or online may be returned within 10 days of purchase/delivery. Return tender will be as per original form of payment (cash, credit, gift, etc.) All items must be in new/unworn condition with tags attached.

In-store or online purchases of full price product that have exceeded 10 days, but are returned within 30 days will be issued store credit in the same amount. Store credit does not expire and can be used at any locations. 

 


Online Purchases

Online purchases may be returned to any of our five locations.  If you live outside of our local area and need to ship your product back, please mail your return to:

Upon receipt of your return (with the original receipt) a customer service representative will contact you to issue money or store credit back. 

For online exchanges a return label can be requested by emailing info@shopmapel.com with the details of what product you are returning and what product/size you’d like to receive in exchange.
